Answer by juniorNope, any phone that has GPRS world wide web conectivity and XHTML browsing is going to work. I.e. any nokia phone newer that 6600
Don’t know about Samsung though!

just make the website using photoshop at images text and then save it as a web (html) then open it up into dreamweaver link any words to another page make buttons and add behavior then upload it into your website
