If a device is set up to receive IPTV signaling, you could take that kind of broadcast instead of needing a special cable connection to the box. 

It&#039;s not a computer. Imagine that it&#039;s like Digital Cable, except it&#039;s provided to you through the Internet connection instead of the Cable connection. 

If you get your Internet through Cable, this would be sort of a moot point. But you get the idea... =)
