WIRELESS ROUTER AND IPTV?

I know how to connect the wired router for IPTV, but if the Television is away from the pc and must use wireless router, how this can make the correct connection.

Question by Curious: Does anybody knows what is exactly different between digital calbe Television and IPTV?
I understand IPTV is run by telcos, while digital CATV is operated by cable companies. But other than that, they seem to be pretty much similar.
