COULD IT POSSIBLE TO DESIGN A WEBSITE WITH VIDEO CAMERA THAT COULD BE DOWNLOADED TO DVD PLAYER OR IPOD ETC.?

. Each one have dvd players, video@audio mp3 and mp4 players etc so that if a web site is developed in these formats it is possible to view files or data on Television at home or on ipods, mobile devices etThere are many websites developed in java and other languagesc.

I feel sorry for all of these people from around the world who can’t watch U.S. or Canadian shows at legal sites!
