I NEED HELP WITH HDMI TO 5RCA?
I have purchased a hdmi to 5rca cable. I know you need a converter to convert anlog to digital but i was hoping my laptops video card could do that. I have a Mobile intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family video card. Because each time i plug it in and press the connect monitor button i just get a black screen on my tv.
CAN SOME ONE HELP ME IN GETTING A SOFTWARE TO WATCH LIVE TV ONLINE FOR FREE. MOSTLY INDIAN CHANNELS. THANKS?

Answer by juniorNope, any phone that has GPRS world wide web conectivity and XHTML browsing is going to work. I.e. any nokia phone newer that 6600
Don’t know about Samsung though!

I’m afraid that’s because of a problem that so many are faced with. HDCP (High Definition Content Protection). Laptops nowadays require that you follow this before a connection is made and converting to the that format strips this and cannot be read by the tv.
Most of the time only a hdmi to hdmi connection will allow this connection to be made.

That will NEVER work.
Those HDMI-RCA cables are intended for video cards that have a specially-built HDMI port capable of sending out a YPbPr Component signal. It will NOT work for any other purpose. You CANNOT use that cable to connect a computer to an HDMI monitor, nor can you use it with just any HDMI port.
