HOW DO I TURN ON MY MOBILE TV ON MY VZW CELL PHONE?

How do I turn on my Mobile Television on my VZW cell phone?
I have the Verizon LGVX9400 cell phone. It comes with Mobile Television that I’d like to have turned on, but I do not know how. I have tried looking in Settings and Tools, along with the Options menu for Mobile TV. How do I turn it on? Thank you!

It automatically turns on but it cost 14.99 monthly to view it go to photos and videos itll be in there under Mobile Tv
