Telecom experts and telecom headhunters please help me.

Iam an RCDD ( BICSI) and has experience in Designing infrastructure of Telecom for the triple play. I am now locally offered a technical + marketing position for IPTV solutions for the consumers and I would like to get help from experts on how hot the career would be when I finally move on to Australia by March 2007?.

If its not a a demanding career, then I would rather stick to my designing job of infrastrcuture.
