PLEASE ANSWER: does mobile tv for the samsung eternity require world wide web in order to connect?
i have AT&T and i plan on getting the samsung eternity, but what im trying to figure out is, if u have the a month basic tv package, is there going to be extra hidden charges, like because i do not have a world wide web package? Basically what im saying is does mobile tv use the world wide web in any way?
