How do I capture video and audio from streaming tv on a computer?
I have TVU Player, which lets you watch free streaming Television on your PC. I wanted to know how I can capture it. Is there any software that will capture both, the sound and the video, and grant me to save it state like avi or mp4?

I comprehend how to use a capture card to record xbox 360 gameplay even though my TV does not have a video output port on it. So is there any way to record live tv with a capture card to my personal without my TV having a video out port?
