I’ve just recieved a message from them telling me I have unredeemed points. It states I can call stop support but why should I, if I have never used the service? I have looked on the site and it seems to be some point redemption thing. It would not usually worry me but looking on the site it says, “This is a subscription service charged at 3GBP per week, which will be billed to your mobile phone”. Anyone any ideas? Cheers.
