Here is the configuration:
I have a WRT160n wireless router with dd-wrt firmware. I have an IPTV box connected to it by wire and the rest of devices (an iMac, a laptop and a couple of iPhones) connect wirelessly. I can also get up to 2 dynamic IPs from my ISP.
what I want to do is to have my iMac to connect to the net with the first IP and the rest of devices to use the second IP.
Is there anyway to do this without buying a switch?
And if I need a switch, what would be the config?

I keep seeing these offers for TV, Internet, Home Phone or TV, Internet, Home Phone, Cell Phone but what I’d like to see is JUST Television and Internet. I do not need all that other stuff ESPECIALLY home phone, that is practically IMO.
Anyone else hope they do this? Or do you think they are always going to force us to purchase extra garbage we do not want IF we accept their plan?

I’m living in downtown Chicago (60601) and need to get TV/Internet service. I do not really care about the bundled packages that include phone because I primarily use my mobile phone at home.
I think most people here have Comcast, but some of the specialty channels I like (LOGO, for instance) aren’t currently available. Is DirecTV the way to go or is it ideal to stick with cable?
I also work from home and need speedy world wide web service. I do not need DVR service since I have TiVo. If home phone is included inexpensively then I might think about it, but will most likely only need Cable and Internet.
Premium motion picture channels also aren’t a huge draw for me, but I do enjoy cable channels like BRAVO, LOGO, DISCOVERY HEALTH, TRAVEL, IFC, SUNDANCE, ENCORE, etc.
Also, I live in a high-rise apartment… is DirecTV or DISH even possible or am I stuck with Comcast and their more costly plans?

This is the message I keep getting when I try to run the software I need for my phone. Its annoying. I dont want to have to pay either for something I will just use prob one time and the suggested programs listed below are all things you have to buy.. or purchase from there “partners” .. Just check the copied message below.. and maybe you can help me out. Thanks guys. This phones given me such a head ache. Its a N3000 touch mobile tv phone cept its dead cause my comp doesnt recognize the usb.. and thats how it charges lol ughhh HELP!
