What is the ideal way to watch on the web Television with low bandwidth ( 256 kbps )?
I know many websites where we can watch several live Television channels. But the speed of my World wide web is not adequate to watch these channels. 256 Kbps is the maximum speed avaialable in our area.
Could you recommend me alternate way to watch live Televisions with low bandwidth such as 256 Kbps?
