Why do not legal video streaming Television sites grant viewers from outside their country?
I feel sorry for all of these people from around the world who cannot watch U.S. or Canadian shows at legal sites!
Does anyone know for sure why this is so?
I have been guessing that they have not figured out a way to run commercials for other countries yet so they just block everyone outside the U.S. and Canada out.
But does anyone know for sure?

Which websites provide LEGAL streaming of movies and shows?
I know Hulu.com and Netflix are the two primary providers of legal streaming on the web, but I was wondering if there were any others. Which sites are legal, and which aren’t? How can I tell the difference? I need to be extra careful to stream movies and shows ONLY from sites with the legal authorization to host them. I am in college and could be fined thousands of dollars. (Please do not simply disregard my question, and instead advertise for your motion picture streaming site, like I have seen on so many other similar questions on Yahoo Answers. Thank you).

Most that I watch are legal and sponsored fron the Television guru from above. So many of you hard head heads think that is yo do pay for it, it is illegal.
Many are p2p and are not illegal, they show ads, reduced and these people broadcast with permission form the networks.
Many are advertised on Television itself, like HULU, Fancast, MYSop
TVU networks.
So why do so many of you think it it illegal??
YESSS there are plenty of bad apples out there that see you some software for 6000 channells for on$ 49.00 for life.
These folfs are scams. They are selling what you can get for free.
