Does watching world wide web Television from a USB aerial eat into my monthly download allowance?
I have a tiny stick that plugs into the USB port and grants my laptop to receive Television channels. Howvever, it apparently needs an world wide web connection to work, it will not do anything on its own (unless I am mistaken?).
So, when I watch world wide web TV, does that actually involve any downloading? I ask this because I am using an world wide web connection that has a monthly download limit, which sucks.

I have the motorola rizr. and i just got it and pressed the mobile tv button and read the subscription and it states basic package added monthly payment: .00
But i heard the basic package is 15.00/month
