When I try to watch Television shows online, they lag each second. How would I be able to stop the lagging?
I recently tried to watch Reaper off the CW website and the lag was terrible. Please help.
I have Comcast High Speed World wide web yet it still lags. It states something about 231 kbps, then it stalls, then it starts up again saying 572 kbps. This all happens in 1-2 second intervals.

Which websites provide LEGAL streaming of movies and shows?
I know Hulu.com and Netflix are the two primary providers of legal streaming on the web, but I was wondering if there were any others. Which sites are legal, and which aren’t? How can I tell the difference? I need to be extra careful to stream movies and shows ONLY from sites with the legal authorization to host them. I am in college and could be fined thousands of dollars. (Please do not simply disregard my question, and instead advertise for your motion picture streaming site, like I have seen on so many other similar questions on Yahoo Answers. Thank you).
