HOW DO I EXTEND WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER TO RECORD LIVE TV LONGER THAN 30 MINUTES?

Whenever I try to record live TV, Windows Media Player will only record a maximum of 30 minutes. If I begin recording at 1:09 it stops at 1:30. If I begin recording at 1:30 it stops at 2:00. I have changed all the setting to the max. Please if anyone could help me that would be great.

I dont have world wide web Television available on Windows Media Center. I am currently using windows 7 home edition. And it states that world wide web tv is not available in all regions. So im wondering if anyone knows where it is available. Thanks.
